Jessica Burke is a coach, entrepreneur, and former strength and conditioning coach at Penn State. She joins the show to talk about her athletic/coaching background, biggest challenge competing at the D-1 level, her decision to leave Penn State, social media, and much more! Jessica has a tremendous amount of knowledge and insight on the world of athletics and training. We are thankful she was willing to share some of that with our Home Team.
