Church hurt is a popular term used to describe the pain people feel when they experience some form of rejection, neglect, or even abuse from leaders in a church. And while the church certainly isn’t the only institution where people experience pain like this, Jesus’ church leaders should be leading from a place of humility, compassion, and grace… all marks of Jesus’ character.
