あらすじ・解説
We continue our series on healing from trauma by changing our thoughts and our view on self love. In this episode we talk about love and desire after PTSD. How do we reframe our ancestors (when our family may have hurt us)? What is real love? After all that, where does self love fit in?
There are so many complexities but in the end unconditional love for yourself is the key to healing yourself and others. And breaking generational curses means honoring our ancestors (Pitru Paksha), great granddaughters and future generations with your own strong boundaries, self love, and acceptance as part of our healing.
