This episode was sparked but a post he did on his social media and I was fortunate enough he was willing to come on so we could chat more about it. The main topic of this episode is training with a team as opposed to training alone. Of course, success has been had both ways but overall, which do we feel is best. As with most of my podcast the subject matter begins to expand out from the main topic so again, I had a great time with Bain and hoping to have him on again!
