あらすじ・解説
Facing fears is the best way to dissipate them. In most cases, resisting what we don't want is futile. It only exacerbates the anxiety we feel around the thing.
Solitude was one thing I used to be scared of. I chose to feel it as loneliness instead of the gift that it is. Now, I need my solitude because it is the only place I can think clearly, be creative, and feel most like myself. But it used to be the opposite.
So, go into discomfort; face your anxieties head on. Stop running from what you fear.
