We usually think of delegation in the secular sense--as it occurs in the workplace, but in this episode, I define what I call "divine delegation"--a much more far-reaching principle that affects us every day and throughout eternity.

I quote President Jeffrey R. Holland from a training he gave to leaders of the Church in the Dominican Republic. His message is so similar to the message in our book, Be One. We need to see things in new ways, try things we've never tried before. And this applies particularly to relationships we have with God and with others.
