Todd has been involved with presenting the topic of Medicare IRMAA for the majority of the past decade and is now one of the few licensed and nationally recognized IRMAA Instructors.

Todd's persuasive speaking and consultative sales skills complement his 36 years of financial services experience specializing in insurance and investment products as well as retirement plan solutions. He is focused on educating diverse groups of advisors, wholesalers, tax planners and sales teams on topics within practice management, capital markets, and financial planning.

Todd has been the Keynote Speaker/Presenter at hundreds of conferences, events and meetings as well has host of numerous IRMAA webinars.

He is Series 7 and 63 registered representative as well as holding a B.S. in Finance and Economics and a Juris Doctor concentrating in Tax and ERISA. Todd is an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
