    Meet Duane, Nawal& Paul brothers from separate mothers divided by circumstance before their formative years and reunited in their 20's. Born into a time before social media but after radio, children of the MTV generation and adolescents in a new millennium. Music, TV and film were used to share information in a new way that introduced an entire generation to new places and perspectives.

    Fast forward through 10 years of clubs, loves and life in Birmingham City. Maturity caught up with the lads and the wisdom of rappers and fictional characters just isn't enough to deal with the responsibility that comes with it.

    Relationships, marriage, parenthood and family, faced with these new challenges our boys saw only one option, double down on the wisdom of rappers and fictional character while hiding from it all under the guise of making a podcast. All joking aside, everyone needs a place to kick back and work it all out and this is theirs.

    It's your bi weakly belnd of deep and dumb, one man down this episode but P and Nawal have linked up to look at two songs which they think have a have a similar message.

    This episode the guys are talking "Higher" from the album "For Broken Ears" by Tems and "No Role Modelz" from the album "2014 Forest Hills Drive" by J Cole.

    "If the pod was ending, would you cry (don't save it, it don't wanna be saved) or would you try to get it"?

    Also our resident horror fan has some smoke for the new Aliens Romulus film and the guys chat have their usual life catch up.

    Here we go again, we got the whole crew in and talking about Mr. Morale & the Big Steppers by Kendrick Lamar released 2022. Also a lil cameo (or whatever you call it when it's only audio) from man like Chin.

    Talking cameo's the guys will be talking about the Deadpool & Wolverine film. P adds his 2 pence to the Supercell conversation from last episode and the lads roast Australian breakdancing prodigy Raygun.

    New home, new kit, same stupid!

    They have been gone but it hasn't all been beers in the sun with the mandem.

    The guys have been working behind the scenes and even ended up being featured on the BBC Uploads show for West Midlands creatives, FTV X BBC and ting, live on ya radios...yea, that happened.

    Anyway, no P this episode but Nawal and Duane are getting into the Netflix superhero drama Supercell.

    I bet you soppy sods have missed them, ain't ya....well they're back.
