    In this Podcast, we thank God for his Grace and acknowledge that in spite of what happens in this world, God's Grace is sufficient.

    Additionally,  we outline the current goals and objectives, For the Record:

    1. To raise public awareness.

    2. To Amplify the voice of black women and other marginalized people, through sharing lived experiences.

    3. To connect with like minds to work collective to form solutions, where feasible.

    4. To encourage black women and other marginalized people to turn the lens inward.

    5. To promote forgiveness and the healthy restoration of family relationships and values.

  • Black History is Triumph Over Adversity

    In this Podcast I celebrate and honor all black people on this final day that we collective celebrate the accomplishments we make daily to American History. Even after 400 years of oppression, black people continue to make valuable contributions to History in America, this great land that we call home.  Black History is Triumph Over Adversity.

    I share tips on ways I manage and overcome difficult situations in my life and I am hopeful that someone, some where will be blessed.
