Dr. Rogers currently serves as Senior Director of Impact Strategy at the Sorenson Impact Center, located within the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah. Her career has centered on helping large- and small-scale public and private entities use data to address and solve difficult social problems. Dr. Rogers is also co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of BLK Haven, an online mental health platform connecting Black people to Black clinicians. Dr. Rogers is deeply passionate about making an impact and empowering underrepresented people in entrepreneurship, mental health, and wellness.

    About Matthew Beckford:

    Matthew has worked as a consultant, advisor and coach both in house and in consulting across the fields of Talent and Leadership Development, Diversity and Inclusion and Organisational Development.


    Coaching, for Matthew is a co-created process, he works with the aim of getting clear on priorities and then accelerating their progress towards their goals. Coaching is all about helping you manage your attention, to be aware of the beliefs and behaviours which distract you, what stories and narratives you have which get in the way of making the progress you want to make with your work and life. Its about exploring the system in which you are operating in and understanding where you have power and where you do not. Coaching is NOT about you getting the 'right' answers from someone else, this process is about you recognising what you do already deeply know and having the courage and support to act in ways that will serve where you want to be in the future. At times this can make the process uncomfortable, difficult and confrontational. It can also make the process fun, insightful and enriching. All of these things can be equally true. Coaching is a process to support you in living up to your potential.

Devin found her way from fashion to the world of indoor farming, where she discovered the right blend of innovation, sustainability, and community impact.     About Eliana García:

    Eliana is an executive and patients coach with an extensive background in finance. She became a coach after surviving leukemia (at the age of 31) when her main motivation pivoted towards helping people reach their goals in the personal field and corporate world. Among her interests are performance, team dynamics, well-being, and career and personal development.

    She is from Vigo, a coastal city at the north of Spain. She is 42 years old. She is married to Diego and has two sisters. She got a bone-marrow transplant from her youngest sister in 2012 and she has a chronic condition of graft-versus-host disease. Last February 2023, she celebrated her 7th anniversary since she successfully went back to work, after a 4-year leave. She currently combines her job responsibilities with her growing coaching activity and projects, her weekly treatments and her passion for her friends and family.

    About Roman Zakovsky:

    Roman Zakovsky is a trained lawyer and started his career within Allen & Overy Prague in the ICM/Banking practice. Later on, he moved to London to start working for a Czech company LASVIT which has 10 offices around the globe. As all of the international offices are focused on sales of the projects his daily bread and butter was approaching potential clients, improving the relationships with the current ones. After seven years in London he became Managing Director of that office, and went on secondments in Dubai and Singapore along the way.

    Now, he is back in Prague and joined a small business of his mum's (she is Internationally recognised Coach with more than 20 years experience). For the past two years he has been working mainly with international law firms and other high-end consultancy firms such as Deloitte, doing workshops, one-to-one coaching sessions and consulting on business development matters.

    Having first began her career as a professor, Tiffany served on the faculty at Oberlin Conservatory, Berklee College of Music, Boston University, and Baldwin Wallace Conservatory.


    About André Chapman Jr.:

    André Chapman Jr. was born and raised in San Jose, CA. He grew up playing multiple sports, but ultimately fell in love with Track and Field. This love granted him the opportunity to compete on the Varsity Track and Field Team at UCLA as well as post-collegiately with the hopes of running in the Tokyo Olympics. Though this dream did not come to fruition, his experiences along this journey galvanized his passion for the coaching and leadership arena.

    This then led to UC Berkeley, where he received his masters degree from Goldman School of Public Policy and his coaching certificate from the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute.
