    Today we launch the next and final episode of Flux for Season 3. In this episode, Suwandee Thatsanaprai, known as Beaw, shines a light on the Karen ethnic minority in Thailand. She shows the structural effects of colonization and the affective dimensions of racism. And she ponders the connections between language and identity. Beaw is a Thai-Karen education development practitioner currently working with the Southeast Asia Spark Fund initiative at the Global Fund for Children. She recently completed her master’s at the University of Bristol. She is a Season 3 Flux Fellow.
