    The bodyART Method is a physical therapy-based training experience where form comes first and where clients are encouraged to stay in tune with and listen to their bodies first and foremost. Ryan’s years of industry experience and research, coming from a NYC-based dance industry background, shows us how being more loving to our bodies will help us to stay fit, healthy, and most importantly, injury-free, for life.
