With a Bachelor's degree from Indiana University in 2005, Jeffrey's journey began in Chicago, where he honed his expertise in retail leasing and acquisitions, amassing a remarkable $200 million real estate portfolio.


    In 2010, Jeffrey returned to his roots in Michigan, joining Schostak Brothers & Company, Inc. as its President, marking the fourth generation of his family to contribute to the company's legacy.


    Among his standout achievements, Jeffrey sourced a 93,000-square-foot Build-to-Suit HQ for MASCO Corporation, followed by a groundbreaking 110,000-square-foot Build-to-Suit HQ for Cooper Standard Automotive. Notably, he orchestrated the acquisition of the iconic 110-acre former Palace of Auburn Hills, once home to the NBA's Detroit Pistons.


    Jeffrey's responsibilities encompass every facet of real estate: from overseeing new ground-up projects to revitalizing existing assets and executing value-driven acquisitions. He's also spearheading efforts to attract retail, office, industrial, and healthcare tenants to Schostak Brothers' vast 1,000-acre land holdings in Southeastern Michigan.


    Recognized as a rising star, Jeffrey Schostak earned a spot on L. Brooks Patterson's Elite 40 Under 40 list in 2012, further solidifying his reputation. In 2016, Crain's honored him on their prestigious 40 Under 40 list, recognizing his profound impact on the industry.
