  • サマリー

  • In this podcast, Sophie moves away from the cultures of workplaces and discusses businesses from a customer or clients’ point of view with George Beverly of Insightful UX. George’s business helps organisations understand their clients’ customers / clients and the different cultures within their customer base to help organisations deliver their services or products effectively.

A kaleidoscope of different people with different reasons for purchasing the product but organisations must find a commonality among all these diverse individuals.

This episode also touches upon stories and particularly the ‘Stories which we tell ourselves’ - a phrase coined by Brene Brown.
