Scott Hickle, the co-founder and CEO of Throne Science, talks about how his company is developing a toilet camera and app to work with A.I. to analyze people's poop and pee in order to more quickly discover gastrointestinal ailments and diseases, like colon cancer, which if caught early, can be stopped with a colonoscopy. Scott discusses what inspired the idea, how he and his team have done market testing and are developing the product, which has yet to launch to the public at large. Scott also talks about the lesser-known history of examining human excrement with the intention of discovering otherwise unknown health issues. He describes himself as 'the world's shittiest founder.'

Estee Palti is the woman behind the internet's favorite Kamala Harris impression and a social media content creator. She discusses everything about how she started doing impressions of Kamala Harris in the first place to her sudden rise to internet fame performing short videos of her skewering the vice president and 2024 candidate. Her impression is so spot on and funny that it got her invited to Donald Trump's 2022 Halloween party in Mar-a-Lago. Estee also talks about managing her newfound fame while being a mom of three and working a full-time 9 to 5 job. She also discusses her background growing up in Russia until the age of 4 when her parents fled the country and moved the family to the U.S.

Andy Stuckey is a musician, comedian, TV producer, filmmaker, and a former NBC Page. He talks about his experiences working as a Page and then later for Lorne Michaels at SNL, how his participation in a Page-founded comedy group called Next Monday led to him creating the musical comedy duo Stuckey & Murray with Jon Murray as well as their unlikely run as fashion trendsetters. And eventually how that led to him starting the band Paper Anniversary with his wife, Katherine Slingluff. Andy also talks about some of his experiences working as a TV producer on shows like MTV2's 'Guy Code' and what it was like working on a show with NBA legend Shaquille O'Neal.
