Gigi Jones lost some faith in her surgeon when he told her there was nothing she could do to fortify herself for surgery for her colon cancer. She then decided to forego the surgery altogether, and bet her life on the power of living foods. Today, nine years later, she glows with health and is the owner of Gigi's Vegan + Wellness Cafe in Kansas City.
