    I met Damon during the chili cookoff at the Houston Tech Rodeo.  What started as a discussion over which team made the best chili, turned into a conversation that lasted a few hours.  We spoke on our perspectives on how to navigate challenges, the importance of your circle of influence and why failure is not something to be avoided if you want to achieve any level of success.  There was not enough time that day for us to complete the conversation, so he agreed to come on my show so we can pick up where we left off.
