This week we sit down with our good friend Joe from Washington to talk about what it means to have a hall of fame career and life. We talk a little music as well, specifically a deep dive into the very popular band Chicken Joe and the Fabulous Cocks. 

Its been a few weeks so we wanted to catch up on where we've been and what we have been up to. We let the world in on my greatest fear and we also have one for our homie as we take a minute to remember to Uncle Bill. 

Justin and Jana Remington work together at Canyon Springs high school in California. Justin as the athletic director and Jana as the activities director. They also happen to be married. We discuss sharing a workspace with your spouse and if it's possible to leave work at work. Gretchen and I also take a stroll down prom memory lane.

Its Derby week! Paul and Meghan from Louisville collegiate talk us through the impact of a mega community event on the athletic department… Such as the Kentucky Derby. Meghan introduces us to a past derby champion.  And what is “mom water”.
