  • Today I had an incredible conversation with Tricia Schuster. Tricia a mindfulness meditation coach, sacred medicine advocate, and children's book author (aka "Nurse Zirit"=zany+spirit); as well as a registered nurse specializing in end-of-life care and so very much more!

AND before we begin ... PLEASE LIKE - SHARE, REVIEW, SUBSCRIBE... and SHARE! This is our best way to get our content noticed by others so they can explore these ideas and learn through these beautiful, expanding, heart-centered teachers during this challenging time on our planet.

On todays episode, Tricia and I talk about some of her deep traumas (a home intruder that led to rape and the unexpected death of three boy friends) and how she has endured through it all. Tricia shares her upbringing as atheist and how she found her spiritual self. She shares her mindfulness practice, her passion for creating a palliative care center for the dying, the raising of mindful children & teens and how yoga and meditation has helped her curb her anxiety, the power of plant medicine ... AND much, much more.
