  • S2-Episode 4 -Week 4 College Football picks
    2024/09/19

Here we go again! Week 4 picks have been made and discuss them all, including LSU vs. UCLA, the Vols vs someone good, and some possible group of 5 upsets. This podcast is all about the bets. And we do not pick the money line unless it pays better than the spread. We are spread pickers. We put our own money on all the bets. Just ask us for the betting slips and I will send you the pdf from BetUS, ESPN bets, Bovada, or MGM depending on which site had the best payout or odds for the bet. We are 9-11 for the season and have many yards to make up. But we are chugging along.

I am a guy who decided to open my closed-door conversations to the public. I do make wrong picks, and you should never use a podcast as accurate gambling information. But if you love to gamble and want to hear a guy BS about college sports and gambling, then this is your show.

Now this is a hobby for me. Until someone wants to pay me for ad spots, I will not be including Ads. I will, however, do my best to, include a charity every episode that you can go donate to. All charities will have their Charity Watch link or other watchdog group that tells you how they will spend your donations as we will only recommend charities that actually help who/what they say they help. Why not earn some goodwill?

As always, I am Nikko Del Toro, thank you for listening to Season 2 of Guy’s Who Gamble and let’s go win money!

    2024/09/17

After ending 4-6 this week I wanted to see where I stood amongst all gamblers. Well, notable people arrogant enough to share the bets with strangers. We discussed this and reviewed the 10 games we had losses on. This episode is straight to the facts talking about why the bets were good, what we have to watch out for this next week, and how we can apply our base knowledge to Week 4

    2024/09/11

10 Bold picks made. We have upset potential all over the board! We discuss interesting games, trap games, and upsets brewing in week 3 of the NCAA Football season. Nikko talks about what makes him avoid certain games, and which games intrigue him. And how some bets people are overlooking the reason why the spread is based inappropriately based off last week’s performance. He also discusses what he will do with a toaster.

I had a bad week going 3-4. But I was happy because of the 3 wins I was stressing about and had so many voices saying it was a bad choice. I still lost money this week but we are not in a huge hole. We discussed the 7 bets we placed and what we were right about, what we were wrong about, and what we noticed. We finish the episode with other games which we have noticed aspects that will help us in our next week of bets.

: After 2 weekends of games, we are entering week 2. We do not fully understand a lot of teams, but we have a solid understanding of enough teams to have some betting options this week. I have selected 7 bets to place in this first week of betting. We go over this week's matches focusing on the games with odds, and skip over some of the outrageous lines that we are not interested in. We are money forward today. And we are ready.

Week 1 is over, and I am glad we followed the rules and didn’t waste money. We would have won a few, but not all. And we aim for perfection. Get out your notepads because this data dump will provide us with money-making opportunities next week.

We are discussing the games that are relevant to where we could make money if we chose to gamble, and discussing some items we want to keep an eye on to collect data. This week is exciting because the NCAA season is finally back in full swing. Tons of teams are still playing coy with who their starters are, and some teams truly just do not know. The week 0 games did not disappoint. We watched my rules of gambling be proven absolutely correct. Rule #1 Don’t Gamble until week 3!!! And this four-game set is exactly why we save our money until we know what teams are. GT fought against an inconsistent Florida State. Montana State fought back after critical mistakes, TWICE! SMU was popped in the mouth in the first quarter and had their confidence rattled until P. Stone and crew got their legs back under them. We discuss how the gambling rules are wise and all 4 games from week 0. I am Nikko, a guy who decided to open my closed-door conversations to the public.
