The Power Pose Body language and nonverbal signals that we send. It only takes two minutes to shift our mindset from powerlessness to power with the wonder woman pose. Powerful posture creates a positive mindset- backed by science.  3. Three Phases of building a strong personal brand Self-discovery: defining and understanding your personal brand Identify your core values Identify your style and standards Peer assessment survey to see how others perceive you These are all a part of the foundation you need to build your brand Self-determination: mapping out the pathway to your personal brand What perception of you do you want to create - intentionally Learn to tell your story in a way that impacts others “If you’re not setting goals and dreams and mapping how to get there, you will not get there.” Self-awareness- deploying your brand, working on yourself, and how you can be more effective Stay intentional Creating relationships- the foundation of your future “Your net worth is your network.” Define your success daily - what did you accomplish that day
