  • Meat The Mind: New Hope For Autism with Anthony Chaffee MD
    2023/04/18

P.S Everyone has their right to their own opinion, it’s a free world! I welcome debates. If you don’t like controversial topics, then you are welcome to give this episode a miss :-)

Welcome to Happy-Go-Lucky At Heart, in this episode we explore the connection between diet and mental health. we'll be discussing the potential benefits of a carnivore lifestyle for those with autism. Our guest today is Dr. Anthony Chaffee , a leading researcher in the field of autism and carnivore.

    Carnivore Vs Vegan Environmental Factors:

    • Carnivore has less impact on the environment compared to Veganism. With a Vegan lifestyle, you reply heavily on imported fruit and vegetables. You can’t shop local without being vastly deficient which Vegan is a deficient anyway and  most Vegan take a supplement of some sort. Carnivore However, you can shop local for Meat. This cuts back on air miles and less tractor emissions. Do you really think big John Deer Tractors are capable of going electric? It takes cars 8hours to charge just imagine a tractor.
    • Vegan choices we want cows to be gone and be replaced with chemicals, processed foods and carbs and sugar, in this episode we talk about the plants defense againest  animals.
    • With the Vegan choice, we want to get rid of cows and replace them with artificial chemicals, processed foods and carbs. Cows have been roaming the earth much before humans so it’s hard to make sense that we making a “natural world.” Cows are part of the natural environment.

The Science Behind a Carnivore Lifestyle

    • Dr. Anthony breaks down the science behind a carnivore lifestyle and its potential impact on the brain and body.
    • He discusses the benefits of a high-fat, low-carbohydrate diet (keto and carnivore) for those with autism and neurotypical people and how it can improve mental clarity and focus, new research explains how fat is good for you.
    • He explains how a carnivore lifestyle can also benefit those with epilepsy and metabolic conditions.

    “We Love Animals!”

    • Vegan/Vegetarian Myth: you save animals. In fact, you kill more animals…
    • With more demand on ploughing land to grow fruit and vegetables. We are destroying habitats of wildlife. Just think in 50yrs time when almost all the population goes Vegan. Wildlife will be at an extinct level. With being Vegan you are killing animals without knowing.
