ABOUT SUB-RADIO:

Few independent bands have had a career as varied and unpredictable as the indie pop quintet Sub-Radio. Founded in Washington DC by a group of childhood friends, the band built a following in their hometown of Washington, D.C. on the strength of ecstatic live shows and a stream of releases. The band’s first release, 2016’s Same Train // Different Station, was recorded as the guys finished college, blending the pop-punk they grew up on with the indie-pop stylings of WALK THE MOON and The 1975. In 2017, Sub-Radio released a single per month from April to September, coinciding with a regional tour and an appearance at the Firefly Music Festival. Their two raucous sets at the festival exposed them to a wider audience, and the band’s next EP Headfirst was their best-performing release yet, including the popular beachy single “Flashback,” which has amassed more than 3 million streams across all platforms. Following the release of their 2020 EP Thoughts Lights Colors Sounds, produced by Andrew Maury (Shawn Mendes, Lizzo, COIN), the band embarked on a pandemic-induced “virtual tour,” live-streaming their energetic performances to more than 20 million viewers and building a worldwide community of fans. The band signed with indie label Th3rd Brain in early 2022, announcing a string of US tour dates in support of forthcoming new music.

Grammy-nominated Latin singer-songwriter Gustavo Galindo is celebrating the release of his 3rd album Between Two Worlds. The new album finds him as a fully realized artist where his life as a husband, father, and performer have come together in a collection of deeply personal songs. Two singles from the album have been released, “Continentes Distintos,” “Broken Things” and a third called “Princesa,” about his daughter, which will soon have an official music video.

Between Two Worlds can be streamed on all platforms.

“This album really captures a very interesting time in my life as an adult. It starts with a love story and ends with a funeral and covers everything in between. I wanted to make something for people my age or who are going through the transitions life throws at you. Mature relationships, parenthood, therapy, redemption, hope, and fear are all thrown in a blender that can leave so many of us grasping for air before time comes and counts down our remaining seconds. “Broken Things”

“Broken Things” was inspired by ‘Kintsugi’ – the ancient Japanese art of repairing broken objects, often with gold lacquer. The lyrics explore embracing and cherishing the perceived imperfections and fractures within ourselves, our relationships, and our world. “Broken Things” showcases Gustavo's ability to tap into the human experience, encouraging us to see the beauty in what we perceive as broken.

“Continentes Distintos”

“Continentes Distintos” explores the stage of a relationship where things start to change and you can feel like strangers drifting apart as if you are on ‘different continents.’ Gustavo’s songwriting style and heartfelt lyrics again touch on the human experience we all share.

Gustavo Galindo has always been a musical explorer straddling two worlds, two cultures, and two languages. Born in Mexico and raised in the United States, he has created a unique musical vocabulary. His music is filled with passion, wisdom, and honesty which transcends borders and genres. Gustavo has shared the stage with global stars including Enrique Iglesias, LP, Juanes, Los Amigos Invisibles, and more.

Gustavo regularly performs all around Los Angeles and beyond, with plans to announce more shows soon.

Nashville-based singer and songwriter Jeffrey James returns with his new single, “Day by Day,” out now via Preach Records.

Over the past few years, Jeffrey James has captivated the hearts of millions with his soulful and introspective sound and his rich, velvety vocals. For his new single, “Day by Day,” Jeffrey worked with John Davidson and Jacob Bryant, the lead singer and lead guitarist of the indie-rock band The Brummies. Merging Jeffrey’s soulful pop stylings with John and Jacob’s indie sensibilities, the trio created an irresistibly catchy, genre-blending anthem with "Day by Day."

“The song is based on my own experience of growing and learning about life and love alongside my wife,” Jeffrey shares. “It hasn’t always been perfect or easy, but there is nothing better than knowing you have a partner who is by your side and ready to take on whatever comes next.”

ABOUT OTIS:

The Commonwealth of Kentucky has a storied music history and a large catalog of renowned artists. While it's most famous for producing more country music stars per capita than anywhere else in the United States, musicians all across the spectrum —from bluegrass to rock and roll—have called Kentucky home. Out of this musical melting pot comes the blues-based, rock 'n' roll band OTIS.

With Boone Froggett on guitar and vocals, John Seeley on bass, Alex Wells on guitar, and Dale Myers on drums, the members of The Otis Band stay connected to their Kentucky roots. Growing up around traditional instruments like piano, fiddle, and guitar instilled in them an appreciation for country-rock, bluegrass, gospel, and folk music. Kentucky's rich musical heritage led them to discover the Rock and Blues heroes that continue to influence the band's original material today.

While it would be easy to categorize the work of OTIS as Southern Rock, being from Kentucky, their musical background is much broader. In addition to being guided by the classic rock giants of the 1960s and 70s era, the members of OTIS draw inspiration from true greats—people like Muddy Waters, Leadbelly, and the artists of Motown—to create their own unique rock and roll sound.

After releasing Tough Times: A Tribute to John Brim,—Former Chess Records Blues Recording Artist— in 2014, OTIS joined Cleopatra Records in 2017, with the release of their second album Eyes of the Sun. A chance meeting with ZZ Top's Billy F. Gibbons led to the legend listening to Otis and becoming a fan—even handing their albums off to Buddy Guy and Jeff Beck! Four songs from Eyes of the Sun were also included in the 2020 film Street Survivors soundtrack.

ABOUT MATTY MARZ:

Matty Marz is an American singer, songwriter, and record producer. Their musical influences range from pop, rock, funk, and electronica. With a technical background in classical music (vocal and composition) and years of experience producing, performing, and writing, Matty can steer the creative process any way they see fit.

Matty recently graduated from the Los Angeles Academy for Artists & Music Production (LAAMP), where multi-Grammy award-winning producers Tor Hermansen and Mikkel Eriksen (Stargate) handpicked 45 talented artists and producers from around the globe to work with the industry's best mentors. LAAMP focuses on fine-tuning the craft of singing, songwriting, and the musical production of making great pop songs.

In 2023, Matty saw the releases of songs like "#2", a brash indie pop record filled with the angst of not being appreciated, referencing artists like Blondie & Talking Heads, followed by self-produced and written "m.w.u," a gritty electronic pop anthem about self-reflection and independence which introduced Matty's new era and sound. In addition to their artist project, songs like "sad4me" showcase Matty's ability to produce pop anthems for blossoming talent.

Toward the end of the 2023 season, Matty was approached with the opportunity to audition for American Idol S22, which features celebrity judges Katy Perry, Luke Bryan, and Lionel Richie. The season will premiere in February 2024, so stay tuned!

This year is gearing up to be a monumental year for Matty as they prepare to release their highly anticipated album, "m.w.u." Inspired by artists such as Ethel Cain, Charli XCX, Bjork, & Infected Mushroom, "m.w.u" is a story of euphoria and release. Touching on genres like industrial, electronic, drum 'n' bass, and trap, Matty has created a diverse and immersive project to wow listeners and transport them into a different plane of consciousness.

ABOUT STONE ANGELS:

Hard-hitting, rock n’ rollin’ four-piece Stone Angels are proving to be the untamed beasts of the Hard Rock scene. Coming at you from the vibrant cornucopia of Brighton’s ever-expanding music scene, this is a band that is creating its own storm in venues across the UK.

Born out of the ashes of several broken bands, Stone Angels were spawned in 2011 and soon set out their own manifesto, pulling inspiration from classic LA rock, Seattle's iconic grunge, and legendary UK rock scenes, whilst still offering a very fresh take on the classic rock genre. The band has more than succeeded, but it has not been without an enormous amount of grit and determination.

The riff slingers stormed out of the underground with their debut album Give in to Temptation, which flaunts eleven burning beacons of ballsy hard rock. Boasting a flurry of sledgehammer riffs, colossal choruses, and unabashed wailing solos, the album is a game-changer for the Brit rock ‘n’ rollers. Featuring their single Can You? which rings in the ears of Team Rock & Kerrang radio listeners.

2023 saw the band release their first two singles "Where The Crows Fly" & "Hold On" from their upcoming new record, which is due to drop in 2024!

The future is very bright for these young guns.

ABOUT SERANATION:

Seranation is an original band devoted to their own style of music. Residing in St. Petersburg FL, the band was founded in 2014 by members Adam Hocker (Guitar/backup vocals), J.Carter (Lead vocals), and Bianca Schlosser (Bass/backup vocals). Seranation has released two full-length studio albums, "Island Thinkin' (2015) and "Livin' the Dream" (2018) which hit #1 on the iTunes Reggae charts and #5 on the Billboard Reggae chart. “Livin’ the Dream” was released under Pepper’s label, Law Records, and their singles "Sweet Temptation," "Dangerous" and "Surfboard" all debuted under Rome Ramirez's label, Fresh Goods.

Seranation was a regional Florida act until they embarked on their first National Tour in March 2018. They have been nationally touring ever since with acts such as Sublime with Rome, Michael Franti, SOJA , and more. The band has been consistently recording in the studio in 2023, leading to their highly anticipated 3rd studio album in 2024.
