Healing Trauma through Forgiveness Part 2

  • サマリー

  • What does forgiveness look like ?

In this episode, we have a very candid conversation about our past and how we chose to find forgiveness after trauma. Paula shares her journey of self-awareness, facing one of her fears that changed the trajectory of her life and embracing self-love.

There are many layers to forgiveness. In some cases, it's easier than in others. Forgiveness is about keeping people accountable for their wrongdoing and releasing pain. Holding yourself and saying, "I forgive you, I love you,"  to yourself. It means releasing bitterness, anger, fear, or any negative emotion when reminded of that person or situation.
