Catherine Flay is the CEO of Restart Lives, a small London homelessness charity operating in East and West London with the aim of breaking the cycle of homelessness. Before taking up the role, Catherine was Operations Lead at the Institute of Art and Ideas, and previously an academic at Cambridge University and Birkbeck.

This episode is a perfect example of when I enjoy it as much as listeners and subscribers do. Podcasts are a wonderful opportunity of getting to know someone who you may see a lot of but not always have the time to really sit down and have a good conversation.

I really respect Catherine and the charity she heads and am grateful to have the chance to shine a light on her and the great work they do.
