Heidi Mortenson is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator (CDWF) and ordained through Patricia King’s Women in Ministry Network (WIMN). She is the host of the Strong Tower Mental Health Podcast and the author of the book The Brave Encourager. She is the founder and original owner of Bridging Hope Counseling, where she is now a contracted therapist. She offers individual, family, couples, and group counseling for trauma, communication, anxiety, depression, and more. She also does business consultation and therapeutic supervision. She is passionate about bridging the gap between church and mental health and wants us to be empowered to be free the way God designed us. She lives with her husband and three children in Minnesota.
