Our perception is our reality, but that doesn't mean it's actually reality...We view things through different filters based on life experiences we've had. I really go into depth about the importance of feeding our minds with positivity and replacing negative thoughts with words of affirmation!

In todays episode I give a few tips on how to leave the past where it belongs, so you can live a life free of any wrong that has been done to you. I also open up about how I am consciously making an effort to create space for God to show up in my relationship. 

This year has been a whirlwind! From military orders, to starting my podcast and moving to California you can say I have not had a boring year. You've been with me through it all and I wanted to relive some of those moments in this episode. It's easier to avoid addressing problems in our life, and to continue to cope with them in the best way we know how. My way, shopping...spending money...denying there's even a problem honestly. As this year comes to an end, I want you to make an effort to be more intentional with yourself, your habits and figure out if it's time to switch it up and become a better version of yourself! Don't wait for the new year to become the you, you were always meant to be. 

This is the episode I've been impatiently waiting to post!!! You guys, Dani and I's friendship was by no mistake. From randomly meeting at a nail salon, to an inseparable friendship.  She thinks the way I do, and we connect on such a deep level with our faith and the path God has lead us on.  In this episode we open up about our faith and FEAR of diving into our full-potential that God has for us; and open up about the reality of chasing after those things, even when we are completely unsure where it will lead us.  I'm confident that there is something in this episode for everyone, and I can't wait to hear what you think of it!
