No Knead Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
750g strong bread flour
3tsp fine sea salt (or mix table salt)
7g fast action yeast
500ml warm water
Method
1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until all flour is combined.
2. Cover with cling film and leave overnight (8-12 hrs). It's okay to leave longer.
3. Dough will be double in size and bubbly.
4. Tip dough onto floured tea towel/baking paper and cover with another floured towel & leave for 2 hours. Put into a ball shape.
5. Heat oven to 220°C and put in casserole dish for 30 mins.
6. After 30 mins, take out casserole dish and carefully tip in dough, with the bottom of dough facing upwards.
7. Cook for 30 mins with lid on. Remove lid after 30 mins and cook for a further 30 mins.
8. Remove from oven and put bread on cooling tray. When cooled store in a bread bag or wrap in tea towels.
