    Lou Turner is Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and formerly Academic Advisor and Curriculum Coordinator for the Department of African American Studies at the University of Illinois (2008-2017).
