As the founder of Women's Moon Wisdom, she is dedicated to helping women live in alignment with their natural cycles. With her unique blend of expertise of nearly 20 years in yoga and mindfulness, energy healing, and holistic hormone wellness, Rebecca offers women the tools and guidance to feel whole, confident in their skin, and live with greater intention. Through her app, coaching, and retreats, she empowers women to reconnect with their bodies, reclaim their well-being and live more vibrant, purposeful lives. In this episode we explored so many aspects of cyclical living and how they can enhance our home life. We looked at rhythms of seasons, lunar cycles as women, cycles of motherhood and it was truly a fun and eye opening conversation.

    In this episode I had the pleasure of welcoming back Amanda Shuman so we could talk about Dreamwork. Amanda shared her knowledge of different dream traditions from Freud to Jung to a Judeo-Christian perspective and how they all show different interpretations of the importance of dreams. She shares how the insight gained from dreams can help in the home with an understanding of events and relationships. She even walked me through a brief demonstration how remembering a single flash of a dream can be insightful and how to train our brains to become more in tune with our dreams.

    Patrice Porter, the Gardening Grandma, shared so much of her gardening wisdom with me in this wonderfully inspiring episode. We chatted about all the different gardens she has, how she designed many types of gardens for the children in her life including a Halloween Garden and a Fairy Garden. For Patrice the garden is an essential extension of the home and she set out to inspire me to become a gardener, and I think she succeeded in her mission! Patrice has is working on getting more people in the garden and has designed many resources to help get started, including a homeschool gardening curriculum.
