Episode 26, Right Reverend Benedict-Johns reads the Collect and Gospel assigned for March Fourth 2023 and points out that each and everyone of us need to ask ourselves, this Lenten season, what’s in our hearts: the hippy Jesus that preaches peace, love, and inclusion, or the Jesus that is the Word, the truth, the light and the way who told John the Baptist that righteousness was following God’s Holy Word.
Each week at Saint Michael’s Chapel, we illuminate the assigned reading of the Gospel of Jesus Christ through Expository preaching and thorough exegesis, in the hopes of sharing with you the biblical meaning of the word of God.
