このコンテンツについて
In this episode of Do It for The Gram, Milton speaks with Michael Shahan, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist practicing at Moss and Main Therapy Group in Kansas City, Missouri. Michael specializes in integrating the Enneagram into therapy, using it as a tool to help his clients work through trauma, find empathy and compassion for themselves, and move toward growth. He's also the author of The Enneagram in Practice Course.
Michael talks about mistyping and why it matters through his personal experience with being mistyped as a Social Nine. He shares what helped him process his journey after discovering that he’s a Type Six, why this type is often misunderstood and how it presents differently than expected.
