  • Airborne paratrooper is a profession of wild ambition, and becoming an Army air paratrooper? That’s a thing you can brag about your whole life! But my guest for today’s episode, Ashley Hromyak uses that experience as more than just an earth-shattering anecdote; she leverages the learning to help fellow females explore the depths of their grit, shatter gender stereotypes, and exceed their greatest goals!

    A trainer since 2007, Ashley has spent nine years as an active Army Paratrooping and working as a Physical Fitness trainer there. (If bodybuilding or fitness is your forte, you’re definitely in the right place with her!) With various CrossFit and Yoga certifications, education in Kinesiology, experience as a bodybuilder, and a wealth of knowledge through researching women’s fitness, she would help you stay on track to reach your fitness goals. 

    When she chose the military out of passion against her parents’ wish at just 17, Ashley was determined to work toward her purpose, even if that meant getting into taboo interests and breaking societal rules for women. She led by the desire to make her presence felt as a fitness and wellness figure and, as a member of the NSC (National Strength Committee) now, with aims at breaking out of the clutter of unhealthy fitness advice from coaches and replacing it with well-researched and helpful ones. 

    In today’s episode, Ashley reveals how the curiosity to grow and the hunger for knowledge and self-development have helped her achieve her success and how you can develop them too. She also tells you that confidence, the capacity to overcome and learn from – failures, expanding mindfulness, and an attitude of gratitude can swiftly further your career!
