As a former paratrooper and Bronze Star and Army Commendation with V Device recipient, he was part of a six-man recon team in Vietnam. His journey includes a short stint in prison after the war and a distinguished career in the Department of Corrections, where he retired as a district commander and lead hostage negotiator. At 74 years old, he is now a master instructor in yoga, Qigong, and Tai Chi and a certified integral breath therapy facilitator and energy healer. His life story is a testament to resilience, perseverance, and the power of personal transformation.
