    2024/09/19

Humans are complex beings and sometimes it can be difficult to truly make sense of what we’re feeling, or even what we may need at a certain point in time. Moving through life is complicated and the decisions we make have consequences. So how do we ensure that we’re moving along a path that aligns with our truth and how do we make sense of the changes that happen within us along the way?
