    In this episode, we’re diving straight into the chaos: juggling work, raising kids, running a business and somehow still being expected to drink enough water and “make time for ourselves.” Spoiler alert: it’s a lot.

    We talk openly about mum guilt, the myth of balance, and what it actually looks like to survive, and occasionally thrive, under the weight of never-ending to-do lists.
