Hosted by coaches and former board members Drew Acree and Jared Balint, the show shines a light on the full community: elite players, non-elite players, new coaches, committed parents (especially moms), and everyone working behind the scenes to grow the game.     Jared Balint is a longtime player, coach, board member, and passionate hockey dad. Jared brings firsthand experience and real-world perspective to every episode. He hopes to leverage his experience—and the lessons learned from his mistakes—to support players, parents, and coaches navigating their own journeys. When he's not behind the mic, Jared can be found coaching or playing at the rink, leading community programs, or playing a little guitar off the ice. Drew Acree shares a deep love of hockey, coaching, and guitar with Jared. A lifelong player, longtime coach, and board member, Drew recently completed the youth hockey journey with a graduating 18U son. While Jared hails from Detroit—a mecca and benchmark for youth hockey—Drew proudly represents St. Louis. He brings a humble, grounded approach, working to help local players reach that same elite standard.
