このコンテンツについて

Too often discussion in the field of leadership centers around neatly packaged stories of success and does not go deep enough to test theory against the tough day-to-day challenges leaders face in the real world. This podcast is different. In unscripted conversations with a wide variety of guests, and using real-life examples, Lee will dig deep on questions such as: How do you I motivate staff when they're resisting? What is the best way to resolve conflict? How do I lead through a crisis? Is a sense of belonging truly important - can't we just get the work done? How do I make tough decisions? How do I balance caring for staff with the pressure to deliver results? and more. We hope you enjoy listening and get some solid, practical ideas to apply in your real-world leadership challenges.Infinity Leadership マネジメント マネジメント・リーダーシップ リーダーシップ 出世 就職活動 経済学
