    Garth Brooks is denying allegations he sexually assaulted a makeup artist who worked for him and his wife Trisha Yearwood. The claims in her lawsuit are shocking, but the country music superstar says it’s all part of a shakedown. As Les Trent reports, Brooks was back onstage right after the scandal broke. And the new Netflix series on the Menendez brothers is being credited with having their case reopened. The Los Angeles D.A. says because of new evidence, he's taking another look at what led to the brothers fatally shooting their parents. As Jim Moret reports, after decades of trying, the brothers may have a chance of being released. Plus, on Saturday, former President Trump will return to Butler, PA - where the first assassination attempt on his life took place. Ann Mercogliano is there, and spoke exclusively with the widow of the man who was killed, when the would-be assassin missed his intended target. And yes, she'll be there for Trump's return. The indictments were revealed today, just hours after a pre-dawn raid on the mayor's mansion. Adams says he’s done nothing wrong and will fight the charges. Les Trent has more on the chaos in New York City. Plus, she's a 79-year-old grandmother who broke her leg while hiking, leaving her stranded miles up a mountain. But as luck would have it, a U.S. Airman heard her cries and carried the grandma down the mountain on his back! And a man was swimming off a San Diego beach when he was attacked by a sea lion! Lifeguards say they've never seen a sea lion this aggressive. As Jim Moret reports, there's a reason they're going crazy.
