Today's guests are on a mission to save the planet, one microalgae at a time...and they are starting with the superfood, Spirulina. How? Well, they have devised a way to make spirulina taste good...yep, that's right, tasty spirulina that happens to also have even better nutritional values than the yucky stuff you are used to. Anna Hendra is the founder of Ocean Orchards and along with her partner, Adrian Spierings is part of the Flair Incubator family.
