Sarah and I discuss website design for small businesses and start ups.  We also discuss Sarah's transition from being a full time musician to web designer.

When reviewing a marketing budget, we believe that a website design should be an accessible service because it is a necessity in our current digital age. Your website is your online portfolio. It works for you while you're both open and closed for business, and it should be an accurate representation of the quality of your service!

In the last part of the episode, I discuss the topic of Gaslighting.  It seems every session I speak with a client I hear someone use the term gaslighting.  I discuss what gaslighting is and some strategies on how to manage through this form of intentional manipulation.
