Family, tradition,society, the education system and religious beliefs. All play a big part in creating our perception of life, how we see and live in our worldand the way we interact with others, often those from differentcultures and religious beliefs. For me personally, this conditioninghad quite a negative effect on my early life.From a very young age, we set up patterns due to this conditioning,often blocking us from understanding and knowing our true self,making it difficult to understand how we fit in society and as to how people perceive us.
