Jennifer is in the final year of her doctoral studies at Walden University. She holds an MBA from Athabasca University, a Master of Philosophy from Walden University, and a Higher Education Teaching Certificate from Harvard University, but that’s not all… she has also obtained a Masters Certificate in Municipal Leadership, a Graduate Diploma in Management and has studied business at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology.
And that’s not even all of her certifications folks, Jennifer is the epitome of a lifelong learner, so it should be no surprise to listeners that she is also a passionate educator, working in the private and public sectors as an entrepreneur dedicated to amplifying female voices and supporting the creation and sustaining of female leadership pathways within organizations.
Currently, she has turned her focus back towards learning, and is working on completing her doctorate focused on – no surprise here, supporting female leaders in the hybrid workplace model, trying to better understanding the lived experience of female leaders who have experienced the transition from leading in a purely remote workplace at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic to transitioning to leading in a new hybrid workplace model.
As a public speaker, author, learner and educator and entrepreneur, Jennifer is committed to being part of the discussion around the new hybrid workplace model and the impact it has on women in particular, working to identify new approaches to leadership, and helping female leaders achieve new levels in their career journeys.
