There are college and professional courses to improve yourself. When you finish, you get certificates from the schools. Learn anything from coding to public speaking. There are hundreds of different free courses you can take, just for the know-how. You can also use Coursera to work toward an actual degree from a university. There are more than 8000 courses available and 25 degree programs. And you can learn at your own pace. Coursera is a free app on iTunes and Android. It has in app purchases.
