Kristi currently serves at the Global Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for Anomaly, a leading advertising and marketing firm. She previously founded The 2fifty Seven Group, a full service marketing and communications firm specializing in social impact and experiential marketing campaigns. Kristi is firmly seated at the intersection of popular culture, corporate responsibility and social impact. Earning a bachelor’s degree from Howard University and a master’s from The London School of Economics. Kristi’s commitment to impact, inclusion, racial equity, and culture is rooted in her dedication to systematic change and social innovation.

She is a co-founder of The Women Entertainment Empowerment Network (WEEN) and a recipient of the Young Gifted and Black Entrepreneurial Award and Culture Creators Award. She is a proud member of Planned Parenthood Los Angeles Board of Directors and chairs the board for Planned Parenthood Affiliates of California.
