  • If you spend 10 minutes on social media 6-8 times a day, that's an average of 8 hours per WEEK, that's a WORK DAY! Social media is breeding ground for sin, it steals our time, we idolize our feed, we covet and gossip, it often times brings out the worst in us. I know I'm guilty here.

    How much time are you spending on social? My client Carrie from the 3 Month Mindset Mentorship allowed me to share with you the ways we're scheduling her week so she has time for herself to do the things God is calling her to.

    Do you need a social media audit? Do you need to move your apps or delete them completely? Pray for strength and courage and let God handle it. Setting boundaries here is KEY to reach your God-given goals.
