On the first episode of Life On Time, we sit down with Chef, Mom, and entrepreneur Erica Paredes. Erica shares her little great story of how she got to where she is today after becoming a young mom, why and how she moved to Paris from the Philippines, the mental and physical struggles she overcame, her love for writing, the TMI she happily shares on her Instagram posts, and her newly opened Paris restaurant, Reyna.
This episode was filmed a few months back, where I still didn't have a name for the podcast and Erica was just in the beginning stages of opening her now highly successful Paris restaurant.
