    This episode features a conversation with a certified NVC trainer, facilitator and Somatic Experiencing® practitioner (SEP) Ivana Horáková.

    Ivana Horáková offers regular multi-month NVC mediation trainings in Czechia and Slovakia. For the last 10+ years, her aim has been to support compassion, resilience, learning, body awareness and life-serving communication. She works with individuals and couples.

    Ivana's goal is to support those who find themselves in the position of the third side, and to offer skills and inspiration for her clients, the participants of her courses and anyone who wants to contribute to peace, relational mindfulness and resilience.
