After one of the biggest thrilling wins of the season versus the Sacramento Kings on the road, the Atlanta Hawks travel south of the Golden State to the Bay Area to battle with the Warriors, arguably the most surprising team of the young NBA season.

After trailing by 31 points Atlanta never wavered and strung together a 12-1 run to cut into the deficit. On Wednesday evening two of the most entertaining perimeter shooters in the NBA (Trae Young & Stephen Curry) went head-to-head for the first of two regular season meetings.

Despite ATL entering the contest as the ninth highest scoring team in the league, their struggles to score lingered from quarter to quarter, shooting poorly even on high percentage attempts from all 3 levels of the floor nor could find a way to adapt or adjust to the Warriors' depth options.
