Pascal Siakam and OG Anunoby are both standing out for their teams in the Eastern Conference Finals, which has a lot of folks reflecting on what could have been had their stayed in Toronto, but was there any way the Raptors could have salvaged the Siakam-Anunoby version of the team? In Episode 1874, Sean Woodley and Vivek Jacob take a look back on the past few years of Raptors transactions made and not made and try to piece together an alternate version of the past that sees Pascal Siakam and OG Anunoby stick it out in Toronto for the long haul. Off the top, they get into the mid-season trades of Anunoby and and Siakam during the 2023-24 season, why by the time those deals were made, there was no salvaging the team build around them, and why the returns in the deals hold up as pretty solid, if imperfect.
